Found this spot on the map, and was glad that I did. Service was fairly prompt and on point. There's a wide selection of pizzas and other foods, so nearly anyone should be able to find something to eat here. Really enjoyed the Spring Chicken pizza I had in the thin crust square style; the personal size was plenty for me alone, and the 2 larger sizes would easily satisfy more people. What a difference between September 2024 and January 2026. True to my word I wanted to provide an opportunity for redemption. They say a picture is worth a thousand words. I let you decide if redemption was achieved. For me it appears that the NYC Ledo's is in a path to redemption. It was my observation the franchise may have had major staffing turnover. Our very first meal in NYC and we were not dissapointed. Being the first time in NY for the family, we thought we would eat light and save room to compare pizza from a couple places. This ended up filling us up for the night even after walking through Time Square smelling those food stands. The restaurant felt warm and cozy despite a bar several feet away from us. It felt like this place was in a scene from a movie or TV series. (I wonder if every place in NYC will have that feeling.) Eviden
