I had a horrible experience at this Lenwich. The person at the register, Kim, was extremely rude as were the other employees. When I asked to speak with a manager, Kim refused and said “I’m in charge right now.” I’d ordered a Cobb Salad to go and went back to my office. I must have been preoccupied and didn’t realize until I’d eaten 1/4 of it that they left out the chicken. I walked back and not only wouldn’t they refund me, they didn’t even offer to remake it or put chicken in it. It was a chop

had THE BEST sandwich of my life yesterday, went back today and got the exact same order during rush out and it was just ok. Going to try one more time and hope it’s like the first. Second time it was barely toasted if at allassuming they made it in a rush because it was busy
