One of the hot bagel spots in NYC these days. I ordered the Rainbow Bagel and a bacon, egg & cheese bagel — honestly, both were solid. But the real winner was the Rainbow Bagel with blueberry cream cheese. So good. That chewy, perfectly dense bagel texture paired with the slightly sweet cream cheese was such a nice surprise. And the colors? Just looking at it made me happy before even taking a bite. Fun, tasty, and totally worth the hype. Definitely a spot I’d come back to.
If you’re anywhere near Midtown and even thinking about a bagel, do yourself a favor and go straight to Liberty Bagels Midtown on 7th Ave. This place absolutely lives up to the hype—and then some. I went with the Asiago bagel, and it was nothing short of exceptional. Perfectly golden on the outside with that rich, cheesy crust, and inside it had that ideal New York chew—soft, dense, and just the right amount of resistance. Absolutely hands down the best bagels I’ve had in NYC. The bagels were perfectly crisp on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside — exactly how a real New York bagel should be. The cream cheese selection is unreal (the scallion was 🔥), and everything tasted fresh and high quality. The staff was friendly, efficient, and kept the line moving even though it was packed. Totally worth the wait. If you’re in New York and skip Liberty Bagels, you’re doing it wrong. Can’t wait to come back next tri
