Finally tried the rainbow bagel with birthday cake cream cheese (solid 8.5/10) - I understand the hype now haha - very addicting indeed. Also tried the New York Knicks special bagel and strawberry cream cheese (meh). It’s definitely ‘one and done justified’!
We had breakfast at Liberty Bagels SoHo and absolutely loved the experience. One thing we really appreciated was how much seating space they had, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our bagels before starting the day. The staff was amazing and super friendly, even during the busy morning rush. But the real highlight was the jalapeño everything bagel with bacon, honey, and Sriracha cream cheese. That combination was unreal — the flavor is going to live rent free in my head forever. Definitely
Liberty Bagels NOHO SOHO was SO good and absolutely lived up to the hype. Super friendly staff, clean atmosphere, delicious fresh chewy bagels, and a crazy selection of cream cheeses and sandwiches. One of those NYC food spots that’s actually worth the hype and definitely a must-eat while visiting the city. 🥯
