Lame boring class. Would not recommend. I was disappointed with this class. The workout consisted primarily of repeated sets of lunges and farmer carries, with very little exercise variety over the course of the hour. I've taken many group fitness classes at different studios and gyms, and this was one of the most repetitive formats I've experienced. I also noticed the instructor spending time on his
Boutique style Life Time location. I signed up with my friend for their Hybrid XT class and we both enjoyed the experience. The pace of the class as well as the equipment provided made the workout effective. This location focuses more on group classes than a full gym experience. They also have a beautiful yoga room, soundproof booth, and a podcast studio. Overall, the staff was very friendly and would come back for more classes. Perfect if you work in midtown
