Paid almost $200 for a mani, pedi, and French design, and the nails were already ruined within 30 minutes of leaving. I literally came back right away to show them in person because I live nearby. I visited this salon on Sunday for a regular -pedi. The salon itself is beautifully designed and the interior is very nice. It was also my first time trying a dry pedicure. Unfortunately, the service experience was extremely disappointing. During the pedicure, the technician filed my left big toenail so aggressively that she left a small opening/cut near the nail edge. Went here because of the reviews… my nails fell off the morning after. When I got back from pedicure and took off my shoes my gel was all off… came back to redo the nails and the lady complained about her being annoyed having to do my nails again in spanish… while I had to wait 4 hours for her to finally fix my nails. Guess what, the day after the fixing another nail fell off.
