Had a fantastic stay at Lotte New York Palace! The location is hard to beat, putting you right in the heart of New York City and within walking distance of so many attractions. The staff was outstanding from check-in to check-out and genuinely made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The spa amenities were a great bonus, with both a sauna and steam room available to enjoy after a busy day in the city. The gym is well-equipped and more than adequate for keeping up with workouts while traveling.
We stayed at the Lotte New York Palace while on a business trip. The place is an impressive old building. The rooms were clean, and the cleaning staff did a great job with our 2-night stay. The best part was the excellent service from Peter Lowery at the front desk. Super positive, friendly and an absolute problem solver. He made the entire stay a great experience, and I looked forward to staying here the next time we're in New York.
Cannot recommend Lotte New York Palace enough — we had an amazing stay. The hotel is stunning, the rooms were beautiful, and everything was cleaned impeccably every day. We were on the 34th floor with incredible cathedral views, which honestly made the whole experience feel even more special. Waking up to that view every day was amazing.
