Coffee in itself was good & can see how people like it. At the time of visit though, there was only one lady working & she was seemingly overwhelmed (I don’t hold it against her because she was working hard & trying) however it resulted in a tepid latte :( I would give this place another try though. If you’re around, give it a try. Seems like. Solid study spot with a quiet back room area.
My daughter and I spent three days in the Lower East Side. Our hotel was right across the street from the coffee shop. The staff was friendly, service was prompt and the chai latte was the best we tried in the City. It became our designated coffee shop during our stay. Our last two days in Manhattan was in Midtown and the coffee from Ludlow was far superior.
Atmosphere is great. Coffee not so. If someone orders a large it should not look like this. This is not a large latte. Again, $7 for large and it’s a small cup kinda just makes no one ever return.
