First time customer here and now a loyal one! We have been on the hunt for a good spot for our Pizza Fridays and our neighbor highly recommended Luigi’s to us. We placed an online order through their website (very convenient!) and had a slight mix up with our order. After calling and speaking with Nick, he went above and beyond to make things right for us. Ordered a calzone it tasted like it was reheated in a microwave. The cheese was so greasy and watery. I definitely didn't enjoy it. My son got chicken fettuccine alfreado and they gave him ziti pasta instead of the linguine we asked for and the sauce was very watery and didn't stick to the pasta like its supposed to. If I could give zero stars I would.
