Seafood restaurant serving Maine-style lobster rolls with toasted buns, plus clam chowder.
From Google Maps reviews.
Loved it. The clam chowder could be more flavorful and less bland. However, I truly had a special experience, this location is magical, thanks so much to the amazing people Alfia & Brandon for going above & beyond! If you’re in UES, or if you’ve never been to a Lukes Lobster dont skip the chance to miss out on this location, which is also the original Luke’s!
If you close your eyes and take a deep breathe, you would think you’re on a lobster boat and they just pulled the cage out the water and you know they are about to throw down some mean lobster rolls. It’s a cozy little spot right off second Ave and too bad I didn’t ask his name but the cashier dude is cool peoples. I’m definitely going back.
If you want yummy lobster with really super friendly service: this is your place to go❣️ I had it cold with mayo and my friend had it warm with butter on toasted brioche rolls, and we both left with huge smiles on our faces. Having lived in Maine, I know lobster and this was the real deal- not cheap watery over-frozen lobsters. The cape cod chips were a bonus round 🫶🏻 the friendly people working there were a refreshing change from so many places in the city ❤️
