A must-visit for South Indian food in Rockefeller Center! The self-service ordering process is seamless, and the food is outstanding. The ghee dosa was perfectly extra-crispy just like we asked, the kheema ghee dosa was packed with flavor, and the vegetable uttapam "taco" was a fun, delicious twist. Even the upma was great. My only critique is that the filter coffee comes pre-sweetened and was a little too sweet for me. Highly recommended!
Came here in 2025 and now in 2026 to visit NYC, and me and my family experienced the amazing service and staff once again! High quality food with great value, and a good environment in the restaurant. Traditional Indian music and cozy atmosphere. A small problem is that there is limited seating space, so on weekdays it is your best chance of getting a good spot! Weekends are usually the busiest days and have no space as the restaurant is completely full. Restaurant is clean and has a mini drink
Tried Madras Dosa Co recently and honestly the experience was disappointing. * The dosa was not crispy and lacked flavor. * The papri chaat felt incomplete, with several ingredients missing. * Rice and chole were okay compared to the other dishes. * The restaurant also did not feel very clean, which affected the overall experience. Overall, the food and cleanliness did not meet expectations, so probably wouldn’t visit again.
