Shake Shack is absolutely worth a stop! The burgers are incredibly delicious — juicy patties with loads of melted cheese. Pair them with the crinkle-cut fries topped with cheese and bacon for the perfect combo. The place is clean, has a good atmosphere, and the wait time is short.
Love their burgers. However, I have to compliant that their app really stinks. It keeps running in loop when I select the store and ready to order, and it took me back to looking for the store. In addition, I zoomed out of the app, my order disappeared and I had to start all over again. The whole process is just so inconveniently unnecessary. If I had rated only my first visit, it would be a 4 or 5 star rating for the great burger, fries and shake (see pictures). But I did return 2 days later and got a rather sloppy assembled burger and a portion of fries that was missing something - mainly some more fries. Now, the burger was tasty, but with the half-assed (ie half portion) of fries and the sloppy assembly, it felt like no payback for not tipping them which I feel was justified, if you go to the counter to order and to pick up your
