One of the best dessert places ever. This is my second time coming to this place and let me just say one thing the cashier name Laae is one of the best, always so helpful and kind. Definitely recommend this place.
I ordered from door dash yesterday. I was extremely disappointed and shocked that a place called mango mango would serve unripe mangoes. I couldn’t even bite into them. Everything about the mango sticky rice was horrible. I had to transfer it to another container because the thin coconut sauce leaked out of the box they served it in. It was terrible. The ube soup was amazing, though.
Picked up my order from Mango Mango and brought it home, only to discover a piece of hair inside after a few bites. Completely unacceptable and disgusting. I called the store and the cashier, Lane, answered. When I explained the situation, her first response was “How?” I requested a refund, and she initially insisted that I would have to come back to the store the next day to process it. I explained that the receipt clearly shows the check number and that the refund could easily be handled over
