UPDATE: someone from the store commennted on my review, asking me to reach out via the web form. I’ve already done that three times (Nov 1, Nov 4, and Dec 3). I also emailed your Customer Service Manager Dailing Valentin, who asked for my address and then ignored my follow-up emails. If this were a serious attempt to resolve the issue, you’d respond to the messages already sent. I usually do not leave reviews for minor issues, but this experience was unacceptable. I requested access to the restroom and had to wait for almost 30 minutes while staff repeatedly delayed me. When the manager finally came to open it, they responded in a dismissive and unprofessional manner, stating, “I am busy, it’s not my job.” When I entered the restroom, it was in very poor condition. I haven't stepped into a McDonald's for over five years and after my recent visit, it's no wonder why. I came in with two family members and we each wanted to order a meal with an extra sandwich on the side.
