Ordered delivery of the big Quarter Pounder menu and received just bread with burnt meat and cheese, super dry, no sause, no cucumber, literally nothing inside. Completely disappointed.
Ordered here for the first time on the App and what a nightmare. Ordered a promotional item and was told it was ready, got to the place and said we were here on the app. When we entered the store, we were told they didn’t have the item and supposedly couldn’t cancel the order nor refund the transaction since it was still processing. Couldn’t give an no star for the food since we didn’t get any food. All said and done we had to reach out to our bank to dispute the charge and get refunded. What a
