probably the best mcdonald’s experience i’ve had in nyc. the burger was perfect with well distributed sauces and onions and the fries were crispy and delicious. juicy little chicken nuggets with that weird new demon sauce. also the music was valid
⭐☆☆☆☆ I come to this McDonald’s almost every single day just to pick up my coffee, and unfortunately the experience is consistently frustrating. Most mornings the place is basically empty, yet I’m left standing at the counter for 2–3 minutes with no acknowledgment. The employees clearly see me, but no one makes eye contact or asks if I need help. I often hear the staff in the back chatting and gossiping in Spanish. I ordered on Uber Eats and my food came cold and my drinks all spilled. The chicken sandwich had plastic in it which is hazardous! I tried calling to let them know and no one answered same with Uber Eats no response I am disgusted
