This was my first time at this particular location, but it's the third or fourth restaurant of this chain that I've visited. They're located in a very nice, upscale area, with plenty of space for customers, whether you're dining in or taking out. The service was average, but the establishment was incredibly dirty. We have gone here many times as our family lives close. Then, today, we went through the drive thru with our mobile order and they told us to pull up to spot 1 to wait for our fries. So we did. AND WE WAITED OVER 15 minutes!!!!! We also have a 9 month baby in the car and another kid. We went in to see if we could get them ourselves and they wouldn’t give us our fries. They just kept ignoring us. They would seem all nice and then wouldn’t give us our fries as they kept filling fry orders in front
McDonald's, a bit dirty kiosk that didn't respond well to touch, and a line to wait. Need a better way to call out the numbers for folks waiting.
