Horrible I paid for food and they refuse to give it to me. I asked for the district manager and got ignored for over 30min. Both hardly speak English and when asked for my food or a refund I got yelled at in Spanish in front of multiple people. I asked for the manager name and they looked at me and ignored me. This is the worse McDonald’s ever! You might as well go to Dunkin’ Donuts next door. They never have fresh food and the lobby is always left dirty with homeless people sleeping and using
I ordered at 8:18pm. I decided to be patient as it was very packed so I didn’t bug the workers. It was then 8:48pm. I asked them where my order was and they seemed to have rushed it. I got home and it tasted VERY weird. Anyway, currently with food poisoning. If you went today and had the same please leave a review or reach out to McDonald’s. This is unacceptable.
