1 star I purchased an unlimited drink cup and an ice cream. I filled my cup once, sat down, and ate my ice cream. After maybe 20 minutes, a short female staff member (not sure if she’s a security guard or employee) came up to me and told me I had to leave, that customers are only allowed 20 minutes to eat. I didn't take any pictures or videos, however I enjoyed my experience. Although I ordered through the app, I was able to ask for my own customization for my order. The staff upon entering was polite and also the manager along with the other crew members who made my meal. If I didn't have a prior appointment, I would have loved to stay a bit longer to take in the relaxing atmosphere
Had to go back and ask for a remake because they somehow forgot ICE in an iced coffee. Fine, mistakes happen. But then I get the second one and it’s STILL warm, full of coffee grounds like no one even cared to strain it properly. At that point it’s just straight-up laziness. And the woman at the front?
