I brought 2 sausage McMuffin, cashier lady charged me egg for both. I don’t eat egg and she was rude and didn’t want to give me my refund for the 2 egg they charged me. I had to ask twice for my refund and the first time she had her back turned and seemed to purposely avoid eye contact, she was very reluctant to give me my money back, very rude service. When I received my McMuffins, one of them was badly burnt. The tables were dirty and unclean and had food wrappers etc.
Bruuuh , the wait is insane not worth it but they already got my money... 22 minutes for a simple iced coffee and they didn't even follow the simple directions of 1 sugar , got none
We visit this location often, but unfortunately the experience has been consistently disappointing. The staff can be rude, and the restaurant is frequently not clean. The food quality is also an issue — especially the chicken, which is sometimes undercooked or overly hard to bite. In addition, the restroom is consistently unavailable, and one employee directs customers to use the restroom at Target instead, which is very inconvenient. We hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves
