I am very disappointed with my experiences at this restaurant. I have visited twice, and both times I waited approximately 30 minutes for my food. During both visits, my order was incorrect, and I witnessed several other customers receiving incorrect orders as well. The restaurant appeared unclean, and I have photos and videos documenting the conditions I observed. In addition, the customer service was extremely poor. Today I used the kiosk to order just two chicken sandwiches without lettuce. So, I don't understand why the girl gave me lettuce on both. I returned it, they replaced it. But once I got on the bus I noticed she gave me lettuce on one again. Putting no shredded paper on it for no reason.. smh She must be dumb because he even said do it without lettuce. She still put it. I took the bus so I can't bring it back now..
The entire staff here is very lazy and they don't care that people are waiting. They take their own sweet time. Customers are left waiting while they chat amongst themselves. I had to wait 30 minutes just to place my order here, but the waiter is completely oblivious and engrossed in his own conversation.
