I almost never review Fast food restaurants, but this location has the best employees, great customer service and warm hospitality. Food is always fresh and hot. Everyone always looks so happy working there and they spread that joy to their customers. I enjoy coming here every time. Good job management!
Had an odd exchange with a cashier, but Darson solved issue with high professionalism. I was very annoyed, but he addressed the issue, addressed the cashier respectfully and full filled my wants for my order. I haven’t encountered someone of that positive attitude in a very long time. Darson is a great manager!
Not my usual McDonald’s but this one was nearby the doctors office. Food was okay and location was renovated, seemed clean. The only bad thing but most important was the wait. I ordered for pick up through the app and line for drive through was so long and barely moving. I ended up switching to counter pick up and still ended up waiting 15 minutes for my order. 25 min total after placing the order. Don’t come here if you’re right on time.
