Just wanted to add my opinion. I am a Brit who visits NY whenever I can and I came in here during an afternoon just before Christmas. I was the only person there and Roger, who was on duty, was awesome. He was so friendly and talkative and the time before my appointment flew by. The pastry and the hot chocolate were both large and tasty and pretty good value, especially in central Manhattan. It's easy to miss but I recommend checking it out. I'll be returning next time I'm there.
This is a great cafe with a great barista! Christodoulos K. made my latte with oat milk and it honestly tasted like regular dairy milk, it was so creamy and delicious. The coffee is just spot on and "Chris" was so knowledgeable and passionate about his craft. Just made my day, to have an enjoyable break in a busy day. Thank you!
