In a city where everything is big price small plate, it’s refreshing to see how much you get for. The pictures do not do it justice. I ordered the Ahi Tuna Salad which was massive with a huge amount of tuna, greens, and sauce on the side. I thought the sauce on the side was a nice touch. They do make the tuna medium rare, so if you don’t like that then tell them to cook it well done. Perfect diner setup on the UWS. Walked-in at prime time on a snowy Saturday and got seated right away. Arnie, our server, was friendly and welcoming. Our order included small coffee ($2.95) with unlimited refills thanks to their attentive staff, California Omelette, Berry Waffles, and Huevos Rancheros. Food was as per expectation, pretty tasty and perfect portions! Noise levels on the lower end, easy to have conversations, and bright ambiance. Will be our go-to diner!
