We werent sure where to eat before our show and noticed Michaels and decided to go in and was a great decision. The restaurant itself is beautiful with retro red art on all the walls, service was amazing we sat at the bar . We were not able to dine in but enjoyed their happy hour options the Korean Fried chicken was delicious and Duck Bao Buns. Will definetly return!
From the moment you enter Michael’s in midtown, you feel something different. You realize why certain places are deserving of the title “institution”. This decades-long power dining restaurant is a class above the rest. From the cozy decor to the amazing art collection, to the attentive and courteous staff led by dining legend Steve at the helm as manager to the decadent expertly prepared cuisine, this place is deserving of every single accolade. Wonderful evening at Michael's. We ordered and shared the Cobb salad which was so delicious, a must order for sure. Our dinner choices equally amazing: branzino was fabulous, salmon entree was perfection, and the burger so tasty. The staff made the evening even better, attentive, professional and personable. The atmosphere was just what we were looking for, quiet and unrushed. We will definitely be back.
