I’ve dined at MO Lounge many times, and each time is nothing short of amazing. I was especially impressed during my visit today as my husband and two children were seated by the window and the NYC views were gorgeous even through the rain. Loved the ambiance (family friendly), food was delicious, service was pristine, and music not too loud. All of the staff were welcoming and gracious, but our server, John, stood out amongst the others. He really took care of our food preferences and allergies.
I would definitely ask for a window seat because the view is exceptional! The staff is kind and friendly! They go out of their way to make sure you have a good time. We loved our host Charlie and our waiter John! They both were so sweet. We went for the afternoon tea and loved the food and the vibes. I highly recommend
I’ve done a series of staycations at the mandarin oriental, and my husband and I always look forward to our meals at the MO lounge. The service is amazing and the food is so good! A lot of the dishes are American inspired fare with an Asian fusion, there are also some Chinese dishes including wonton soup (the dishes change seasonally). I’ve never had to wait for a table as a hotel guest. Try to get a table near the window so you can enjoy the views!
