When in New York City, you have to try this place. I discovered it four or five years ago and literally schedule my itinerary around getting to eat at their various locations. These are the best Gluten-free bagels I’ve ever had. I bring friends here who don’t have to eat gluten-free and they are shocked by how good the food is. I hope someday they become a nationwide franchise spread from coast to coast. Their food is incredible.
My wife and I visited NYC for our 2nd time and we had to make a stop by Modern Bread and Bagel. They are top notch for gluten free bagels and more. Their menu is, also, great for other food allergies. Their bagels are delicious however you want to make them up, their salads are amazing, and you can have all the best sweat treats with their various bake goods. We had the everything bagel with Salmon and all the toppings, their monthly special bagel with salmon and avocado, and pumpkin and chocola
I was diagnosed with celiac markers which is depressing where food is concerned and I’ve been longing for a good GF bagel for years but couldn’t find any in Seattle. I figured that if anyone had discovered the secret to good GF baking it would be somewhere in NY. And I found it today! Every bite of my firm, chewy bagel was delicious and I’m coming back before I fly home to take a bagful for my freezer. 😊😊😊
