From the moment I arrived, the experience at Monarch Rooftop was amazing. The gentleman who escorted me up and the hostess set a fantastic tone right from the start. I travel constantly for work, and I can honestly say the service industry here is the best I've encountered in all my travels. Our waitress was incredibly attentive. If you cant seduce someone here, then it is never gonna happen ! A lot of rooftop lounge/bars in NY but none like Monarch. Upscale penthouse vibes mixed with nightlife. Love the indoor/outdoor option - sip cocktails under the stars or keep cozy inside. Effortlessly cool with no attitude —this is "rooftop" done right. 🍸
This place is awesome! The bartenders Mike and Liz were excellent. Good bites, great drinks, fun atmosphere and music, scenic views. I came back every night the entire week I stayed here.
