This is unacceptable. My food took an hour, and the driver had the wrong number but claimed they were calling me. That’s not okay. Very poor customer service they have an attitude
We usually order from here about once a week and we get the same order. This time we asked for vegetable fried rice as per usual but there was shrimp at the bottom of the container! My partner is allergic and we were so confused as to why she was having breathing issues all night long! When we went to reheat the rice the next day we saw the shrimp at the bottom! That’s very very dangerous and they should be more careful.
