Williamsburg bar known for its rotating inventory of hard-to-find draft & bottled brews.

Came in with a friend who used to be a local. He had set the bar high but I had an even better time than I thought I would. Was packed but didn’t seem crowded, clean, good seating and the overall setup is really cool. Then I realized there was an entire back room- we posted up on the high top booth for hours and had a great time. If I was local I would absolutely live here.
Mugs Ale House is a must-visit for beer lovers, especially for their outstanding perfectly poured Guinness—with a rich, smooth flavor. The inviting atmosphere and friendly staff enhance the experience. If you’re in the area, definitely stop by for a pint! Highly recommended!
The staff was incredibly rude and scammy. They charged drinks to our tab that we never ordered, added excessive tips, and then called us liars when we tried to dispute the charges. Fortunately, the credit card company will handle it. Needless to say, neither I nor anyone I know will ever be returning to this place.
