WOW. I am so surprised with so many bad reviews here. I'm extremely picky and I've NEVER Ever had a problem with Muscle Maker before and I've been ordering from them for years! I always recommend them to my co-workers too. Everything is so delicious and I LoVE that they have KETO section as well. They're just absolutely AMAZING. I'm still speechless. Second time this week that they mess up my order and the staff that works here does not even care. Worst possible costumer service, I ordered a pick up order 30-40 mins in advance yet when I came to pick up my order it was not only not ready, they had no idea I ordered. Same happened last time, I had to wait an additional 15 mins for them to make my food and it was overcooked and soggy.
