Was looking for a spot to eat in Williamsburg and ended up at Nan Xiang Express, which turned out to be exactly what we needed. It’s a faster, more casual spin on the original Nan Xiang, so you still get those familiar flavors without the long wait or full sit-down experience. This restaurant is in South Williamsburg, Brooklyn, on Grand Street. There are plenty of cafés and shops nearby. It’s a great neighborhood. The dumplings are delicious. The place is very cozy and, most importantly for me, very clean. They offer a wide variety of dumplings. I tried the shrimp and pork dumplings, as well as vegetable rolls. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I really like this place and will definitely come back.
