I've ordered a delivery for the first time from Nan Xiang Express and I must say that these dumplings with the broth inside were simply delicious and a tasty explosion in my mouth! They're so good that one leads to another! My order, despite was late night, arrived on time and perfectly prepared. Nice discovery in the area and I can’t wait to try them again!
BUYER BEWARE! Great food but I have 2 issues with this place. Firstly if you order from the kiosk, it defaults to adding $1 tip…. And it’s NOT that obvious if you’re just clicking through. NO RESTAURANT SHOULD EVER ADD A DEFAULT TIP FOR A SELF SERVICE KIOSK, PERIOD. Secondly, if you order from Seamless you are paying almost 50% more for the same dish (9.95 on menu and $13.19 on seamless NOT INCLUDING FEES). It comes out to $17.69 BEFORE TIP (see image), so you end up paying almost double for t
They’re open late. That’s huge in this neighborhood. Food is ok. Dumplings shells are too thick, imo. $$$ for portion size. Overall, food is decent, quality is average. Did I mention they’re open late ?
