I’ve been coming here for a long time because it’s close to my office, and I’ve always really enjoyed the food. Unfortunately, last week I got severe food poisoning after eating a beef shawarma wrap here, and I’m still recovering. I’m not sure whether it was the beef or the fresh produce in the wrap, but something definitely tasted off while I was eating it. It got to the point where I threw most of it away because it didn’t taste right, so it ended up being a complete waste of money as well.
Cute little place with yummy food. Gets crazy busy weekdays around lunchtime. They also seem to regularly forget to give people the pitas for the bowls and salads.
Reese was friendly & super accommodating. I asked for my bowl to be taped because it always seems to open up in the bag before I get home. She helped tape it with no hesitation!! Also gave me an awesome tip to use the app for accumulating rewards points since I do come to Naya often—didn’t even know about before so this is great. Overall excellent, above & beyond customer service!! Please let Reese’s manager know how truly wonderful of an interaction it was! Will definitely recommend this locati
