I ordered food and paid for it. I experienced what I considered rude and unprofessional treatment from staff. I requested a refund because I no longer wished to do business with the restaurant. My refund was denied . I contacted law enforcement to no avail i was advised that the matter was a civil in nature. I wish I could give this place no stars but that’s not an option.. upon arrival to this family owned business. The family was arguing . I had called and made an order first time costumer. I was treated in the most disrespectful manner because of the disrespect I refused the food. They refused to give back my money I proceeded to call law enforcement and because they no law enforcement don’t handle this type of dispute. They treated me with even more disrespect. I think I just found rat feces in my food. So not only did they get my order wrong they tried to charge me extra for what I already paid for. Then I open my food and find this in it. The chicken is usually ok and I order shrimp fried rice always but I don’t know what was going on. This is my last visit.
