Food is excellent and prices are very decent. Now if the staff could be more cordial, be more environmental-conscious as far as packaging is concerned, and finally if the dining room could be a little cleaner, it would make for a five-star eating experience.
The customer service here is very poor and communication is difficult. There seems to be only one staff member who can properly communicate in English, and he is often occupied on the phone, making service slow and unhelpful.The food quality was also disappointing. Several items were undercooked, and the lo mein noodles were still hard and not properly prepared.Overall, the experience was frustrating and low quality, and I would not recommend this place when there are better options nearby.
