The Wagu beef and steak were disappointing. I had similar beef in Korea, Japan and other restaurants in NYC. This was the least satisfying experience. However, the lobsters and Chilean seabass were very good. The sashimi were good. The service was good. But eight people cramped in a tight room was a bad set up to start. They started timing you as soon as you sat down. We had 100 minutes to finish the dinner. You felt rushing. I would not recommend this place if you want taking your tme to enjoy.
Pretty conflicted about this one, as the food is really good. It's just seemingly hard to come by....at an all you can eat steakhouse? It took 40 minutes from sitting to get my first serving of beef. And it was one single bite. Another 20 minutes go by before I actually got my full plate. The wagyu I got was really tasty. The sides were awesome, particularly the wagyu fried rice. I brought my friend here as her birthday dinner and have ZERO regrets. Everything was so delicious and our server Leo, was awesome. At one point, one of our courses was missed, so when we brought it to his attention, he upgraded our meat selection with no extra charge. He certainly didn’t have to do this!
