Really cool exterior and nice lobby, but this hotel is seriously in need of some major renovations. We booked one of their nicer 1 bed suite rooms, and it was one of the dirtiest hotels I've ever stayed at. Actually, it was by far the dirtiest hotel I've been to at this price point. Our friends in other rooms said the same thing. Multi-colored stains on the couches (we didn't dare sit on the couches), foot prints, dirty carpets, smears on the walls, etc. I don't like writing reviews like this bu
The location of this hotel is fantastic, but unfortunately the front desk staff completely overshadowed what could have been a positive experience. While the staff was polite, the overall experience was quite inconvenient. The rooms are basic and lack essentials like a coffee pot or kettle. For guests traveling across time zones and battling jet lag, the 7:00 AM coffee service in the lobby is far too late to prepare for the workday. Hotel also failed to restock water bottles after the first day. Most concerning, however, was the poor bathroom design; the shower frequently overflowed directly into the bedroom area.
