My family has used nomura for years but after learning how badly they recently wronged a family friend working for them im going to advise my father to move his funds away from the company. Not to mention how rude Latifah was to me when I visited.
I have tried multiple times to inform Nomura of a family member, who has investments with them, that this individual is deceased. The last attempt was 7/13/2026 when they have locked my access to the account and will not send me any forms/information so that I am able to send in the necessary documents to them.
