Went to Nozomi for dinner last night and already plotting my return. You can really taste the difference — deeper flavor and depth perfect texture. Each piece felt thoughtfully prepared and beautifully balanced. Long overdue but I really wanted to write a review because this meal was so exquisite!! We had such a lovely and intimate dinner. Every single dish was fresh and inventive and plated beautifully! The chef was there and chatting with those who wanted to- sharing stories of the dishes, his history, jokes, etc. This is such a good deal for how much food you get too! There are 2 seatings per night and we didn’t feel rushed at all during the first seating. Highly recommend!!!
