Delicious comida auténtica de México. The flavors, the style, from simple dishes to the more elaborate ones (and exquisite drinks), all hold their own as delicious, enjoyable, satisfying. The quality of their ingredients is undeniable, I can order anything from their menu and it makes me happy. Nothing is too oily or overpowering, everything is crisp and well made to order. I must recommend the queso fundido, and the aguachile (no more eating octopus though!). Service is way better than most the
Was an ok experience. The vibe is great and the service is ok. What really surprised me was the aguachile appetizer. It’s supposed to be spicy and limey. But this dish was sweet, not spicy and actually very sweet. Definitely not what I expected and and felt that it was a let down. Margarita was pretty good. Bartender was nice. I asked for spicy sauce to try and salvage the agua chile, but they charged me for that too lol. Over all, maybe my staff and I won’t make this our new spot. Oh well.
While Ofrenda’s was busy at 8 PM on a Friday night, they had one seat for 2 without a wait. Chips and salsas were great. I say salsas as they brought mild, medium and habanero. We had chicken quesadillas and chicken enchiladas. The place was loud and hopping but we could talk. Staff were very attentive!
