We were in town for Super Bowl Sunday and basically went on a food tour. It was freezing cold so I wanted ramen. This place was small, you can see them cooking in front of you. It reminded me of Japan. Because we just ate, we just ordered the bao bun which was really good. The bread was light and the meat was tender. We got the fish and chicken dipping noodle and that was delicious. We got tired of dipping so we just poured the broth over the bowl. The lime & pepper made every bite perfect. Can'
Very high quality tsukemen in a small counter space. The tsukemen broth has a very strong smoked dashi with lots of concentrated katsuobushi bonito flavor. Noodles were perfectly chewy, and the lime was nice to break up the fattiness. The chasu was a little dry and could have been hotter. Also highly recommend the shrimp katsu pops to start.
