I visited around 1:30 PM. Since the lunch peak had already passed, there were plenty of open tables. However, we were initially seated at a very small table for two. I asked if we could switch, and thankfully we were moved to a table for four. That said, we were told that if it got busy, we might have to move back. Finally popped in after working in the area for a few months. Cheesesteaks and Brew + sports bar as a concept sounded fantastic but ultimately to me it under delivered. Full bar with a good selection of beers and decent menu with some good options for food. I landed on the cheesesteak to go with what seemed to be their specialty. First time in Manhattan and we’ve had our eyes on this place! Super cozy atmosphere, we were dying to try a cheesesteak. We ordered to go with fries and the service was friendly, prompt and food was hot, fries stayed crisp too! Cheesesteak was okay. A little heavy for my taste but we enjoyed it all the same.. definitely shareable for two gals. Thanks a bunch!
