The head Chef(DC) is very passionate what he’s serving. For the price, they have excelled in quality in fish. The chef was conscious about the seasoning and exploring different flavor. Would def recommend
If you have not experienced Omakase before, or are always on the lookout for high quality fish, you should stop by here! The flavor combinations were absolutely fantastic. The chef is very educated and versed in anything sushi, as well as other cuisines. There was a large selection of sake, and we were guided on what pairs well with certain types of fish. Highly recommend this place! My husband and I go to a lot of omakase spots in the city, and many of them tend to have very similar menus, products, and ambiance. Often, they’re also quite loud, trying to match the busy New York energy. But this place truly stands out. First the music is not to loud and the place is peaceful.
