Incredible meal at Omar’s Kitchen! The food is packed with flavor and the presentation is beautiful. Highlights were definitely the oxtail, jerk chicken gnocci and the saltfish fritters. It’s the perfect place for a lively dinner with friends. 10/10 would recommend, staff is super friendly with above and beyond on recommendations. Such a cute reprieve with perfect spices, I had the oxtail and it was so perfect. The cocktails are also so perfect like tamarind and sorrel! The waiter was so knowledgeable and kind, the music made my dj friend on the phone ask who was on the decks. The vibessss, such a cute spot that’s been open for six years for a reason. Didn’t know what to expect from a Caribbean spot in this location but they delivered. Wasn’t overly crowded but I imagine that changes in the summer time. To start, the drinks were made perfectly. Our waiter, Malcolm, was great. The shrimp curry went crazy. I’d go back just for that. Overall, the vibes were nice and bill wasn’t that expensive either. Was a great time and I’ll be back. The only caveat were the tables were a bit wobbly but really didn’t mind.
