Service was EXCEPTIONAL! Very detailed and courteous staff. One individual noticed I had a small bag and asked to store it away so I could enjoy my dinner. The concierge helped us slip into our checked winter jackets before we left. Btw the food was on point 🤤. We will return. One small drawback is it’s CASH or AMEX only.
Summary: - Food was great - Service was attentive - Felt very rushed throughout the entire dinner which kind of spoiled the experience, especially considering that we spent over $400 including a 20% tip - The above could have been better addressed if we were informed ahead of time about any time restraints. Very relaxed meal, intense and distinct flavors, in a relatively vibrant Japanese restaurant. The staff was very friendly and seemed to really respect the food. They made me feel very welcome. My favorite dishes in the tasting menu were the beef soup and noodles, as well as the misa soup in the appetizer. They were however rather salty and I woke up thirsty. I would love to be back.
