Stumbled across this spot and am sooooo pleased I did. I would trek to the 1 again just to come back here. Flaky, incredible pastry with savory cheese 8.5/10 The Ekmek 10/10 so creamy with a nice texture from the pistachios and bread and not too sweet at all. So glad I asked what this was and tried it!! Incredible. The tiramisu cheesecake also 10/10 just the perfect blend of everything you love about both of those desserts. Not too sweet. Very creamy. Highly recommend!
I ordered a customized cake at Omonia and it came out absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! Exactly what I envisioned! The raspberry layers made it juicy and refreshing. Customer service was excellent. The lady at the shop was very pleasant and made communication smooth and effortless. Prices are also very reasonable. P.S. since it’s a Greek bakery, all their desserts are rich in flavor (not just sugary). I would highly recommend Omonia to anyone!
I come to NYC every year to visit family and this is our neighborhood coffee shop. It's an amazing small business that serves DELICIOUS cakes and treats and delectable coffee. The staff are always so nice and it's such a joy to stop in every year. Couldn't recommend it more!
