Great music!! I got exactly what I needes for my birthday. The food was really good. I'm still craving the calamari I had. The service was very good, even though the place was packed the bartenders didn't have us waiting long to be served and were pretty attentive. My West Indians dis a good spot.
I had a very disappointing experience at this bar and lounge in Queens. The owner asking for unnecessary fees just to enter felt unreasonable and unprofessional. On top of that, the customer service was poor, and the overall atmosphere did not make guests feel welcomed or respected. Definitely not the experience I expected and unfortunately would not recommend based on my visit.
The atmosphere as far as location and the music and the vibes for a Friday were exceptional , the entrance was free so that was a plus , I must say I am absolutely tooken back by the customer service from one of the bartenders , I stood at the bar for several minutes waiting for a cocktail , I had asked for food on multiple instances and also a friend of mines because I couldn’t get the attention from the bartender , I waited an hour for the food I ordered and it never came out ! Worst customer
