Customer service has always been great, I've enjoyed the varous coffee drinks, and I am happy to have the cafe in my immediate neighborhood. However most recently, I was very disappointed in customer service. For some reason, my to-go cups always leak quite a bit from underneath the lid. So much so that wrapping napkins doesn't prevent coffee from dripping on my clothes. Yesterday's coffee had to be tossed out as it was dripping on the floor at my meeting and the napkins had soaked through. I f
This Italian Cafe has good coffee which is slightly cheaper than other cafes in this neighborhood. I highly recommend their nutella latte which is very generous in its hazelnut pieces. (But this one doesn't have coffee.) Would not recommend their other non-coffee lattes though, and the taste can be too mild. Anyway, I would recommend this place for dessert-lovers who want to eat Italian desserts not commonly found in other cafes, if they don't mind paying a bit more than in other cafes. The cafe
Best coffee shop in NYC. this place is filled with love as soon as you walk in. I got a matcha and lots of pastries. The croissants are FRESH and deliciousssssss. The staff are amazing, attentive and KIND!!! I highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!
