No frills budget meal without breaking the purse. Panda Express caters for Asian mixed veggie rice like fast food here. Decent serving, can easily feed 2 while at the same time value for money. Good variety of options here and the food was tasty. Good to pop by Panda Express for a budget meal, by US standards.
